Pray for Ted and Joel, and a leader to continue to mobilize the Asian community. Pray for wisdom on who that person is and pray the Lord will guide us to that person.
Pray for smaller neighborhood pastors groups to help grow the unity at grass roots level and dream together regarding opportunities to serve and proclaim.
Pray for wisdom on how to engage the Korean community. We have a great partner in Promise Church where Nan Soo Kim is a leader and honorary Chair for the campaign.
Continue to pray for leadership decisions--between now and end of the year we will want to get our counseling and follow up leadership identified along with leadership for various regional events.
Nov. 1 is date for submitting applications for the festival venue, which is between Flushing Meadows and Central Park. There are challenges around the ticketing system used when applying it to a free event like ours. Again, pray for wisdom, favor and open doors.
We still need to hire 2 operations coordinators, one for Queens and Westchester County and one for Staten Island and Long Island. Pray for the right candidates to emerge.
